Good question. The Type that you choose is dependent on a few different things which would be discussed with you. Things to take into consideration are whether your area is sunny or shady. Whether you will be watering regularly or prefer not to. Whether you have children or animals, etc that would be classified as "high traffic". Tall Fescue requires a little more attention than the other Turf Types we have, but if you don't mind that, it is a stunning green lawn when maintained properly.

The other two are hardier types which are a little more forgiving. They have better self repairibility and don't require the water intake of the Fescue. Once again, please call to make sure you get what is right for you.
